#1. Goceng  

Meaning:
The amount of 5,000. usually refers to money. (one of the denominations of Indonesian paper currency, the Rupiah, is 5,000 - hence the use of nickname "goceng" as an alternative to the proper Indonesian word of "Lima ribu".

Origin:
From Chinese mandarin, "wu qian" (indonesian transliteration = "u chien"). In Hokkien / Teowchew Chinese dialect that is commonly used in Indonesian-chinese communities, the equivalent of the mandarin word "wu qian" is "goh cheng". It is modified in spelling into simply "goceng" by Indonesians nowadays.

Basically, wu/goh means "five"
and "qian/cheng" means "one thousand"
